Visitors to the K show are always curious and want to see and ask what is new and on the AFS booth, they were not disappointed.
Our new design concept for Corona treater stations called preFlex, with which the electrode settings of the corona pre-treatment can be converted to new jobs in seconds, perfectly answered this question and created a positive reaction among our visitors.
In addition, the trade visitors were able to see and test with their own hands on an open treater station with ceramic electrodes, what the highest protection for ceramic electrodes looks and feels like.
Once again, AFS proved that it is the number 1 in the Corona pre-treatment, that our hardware is valued worldwide for its robustness and ensures production reliability in all climatic zones.
The many constructive discussions at the fair resulted in a number of new projects that now need to be pursued. We were surprised by the many new faces in addition to seeing long established customers. The number of new film manufacturers and converters from all over the world who were interested in a corona or a perforating system from AFS astonished us.
Our fresh white sausages from Bavaria are now legendary and have been eaten in different ways by our international guests.
The K has once again set new ambitious future targets – it was fun for us – and we are looking forward to the next big trade fairs, DRUPA and Chinaplas in 2020.
