The Softal Development Process

We have the capability to simulate every corona and plasma application in our process laboratory. With this we are able to ensure that systems offered meet our customer specification, and can assist with customer material development, using sample testing. 

This capability can now be realised by our customers. SOFTAL not only delivers the right system for production, but also the same performance on a smaller scale with laboratory and material development treater systems. The knowledge and understanding gained remains in-house.

A laboratory system provides the possibility to use our established technology to carry out tests in-house with customer specific application parameters.

A SOFTAL material development treater system will provide the capability for direct testing of current production materials, new materials and new material compositions. With high speed and narrow width, tests can be safely made without large test run losses and interruptions to the production line.
