Aldyne Flex
With the integrated solution AldyneTM Flex, SOFTAL and Air Liquide expand their AldyneTM product portfolio. Once more, “Based on AldyneTM Technology” is synonymous for a price-performance revolution based on innovative plasma technology. Thanks to a clear focus on mid web UV printing it was possible to create a product that makes AldyneTM even more straight forward to install and operate. Replacing expensive coated films for UV printing with low cost plain films is now also possible in the mid web range up to 850 mm web width and line speeds up to 300 m/min.
AldyneTM has been developed by Air Liquide and SOFTAL utilizing their combined out-standing expertise in technical gases as well as surface and plasma technology. AldyneTM delivers the solution to what film producers and convertors search: Guaranteed adhesion at minimized costs.
